Welcome to our holiday apartment Casa Don Juan 2, located in Orihuela-Costa, Spain. This comfortable apartment is on the second floor and is the perfect base for your holiday on the Costa Blanca.

### Layout of the flat

Our flat has two bedrooms, ideal for couples and small families. The master bedroom offers extra comfort with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second, separate bathroom available.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a carefree stay.

### Facilities within the complex

The complex offers various facilities, including an underground car park and a private storage room that are at your disposal during your stay. You can also use the gym, sauna and swimming pool complex (large pool + children’s pool).

### House rules

To maintain the quality of the flat and show respect for all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted.

Electricity: 0.5€/kwh
Check-in, check-out and mandatory final cleaning: €110

Deposit: 200€
(will be refunded immediately after check-out, minus any additional electricity costs)

Deposit: 20% with a maximum of €200
