We offer a complete key holding service for holiday home owners. This includes keeping your keys safe, issuing them to guests or maintenance staff, and providing emergency assistance for lost or forgotten keys. Taking care of your property and laundry

How does key management work?

- At the agreed times we will ensure the issuing and return of keys to guests, cleaners or maintenance personnel.
How do my guests know where to pick up the key ?
We provide clear instructions for bookings. Depending on your preference, we will personally arrange the key issue.
What happens if a key is lost?
In case of loss, we will contact you immediately. If necessary, we will arrange replacement keys or locks. Any costs can be recovered from the responsible party, for example the tenant.
Are my keys insured?
Although we handle your keys with the utmost care, we recommend that you insure your keys and locks through your home insurance
Do you offer emergency assistance ?
Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency assistance. If your guests lock themselves out or lose their keys, we are ready to provide access for an additional fee.
Can I have extra keys made through you?
Yes, we can have extra keys made by a local locksmith and add them to your file. Please note! Some locks have a special code or pass that we also need.
